old carpet small lift
the room was small needing updates the carpet seemed old the upholstery felt worn the lighting was dim a fresher look would help the lift was also small it was quite inconvenient especially when arriving with luggage traveling with larger bags was difficult in such a tight space

friendly staff great location
The staff at the front desk were SOOOO friendly!!! They gave helpful suggestions about local restaurants. The hotel location is great, very close to the metro station. I really appreciate the clean room and the good service.

tiny room high bathtub sides
I stayed in a tiny room. It felt quite cramped. the lift was small. Fitting in with luggage was a struggle. the high bathtub sides made getting in and out difficult. the mattress felt too soft for my liking.
